[Advanced]Outsourcing and performance

I am happily to announce I made my 1st $8 on AC! Now I am thinking of outsourcing writers cause it is too time consuming. How many writers do you guys typically hire? (Don't tell me use AC softwares, they spew out nonsense which I have to rewrite)

Performance wise, other than a good article, aren't there other ways to earn a ton on this aspect?

but i have to submit articles and get it published before i can sell right? Yeap, I am trying to automate AC publishing. But this is definitely a great start.
