Advanced ip hiding

Hello,
Can I get some input on the most professional, unquestionable, BEST ip hiding software. I have explored all the companies but I want to make the right choice, so please back up your answer with atleast sometype of factual experience.

I have been using tor for a while, It is part of a vidalia bundle from my dad (he's a hardcore security nerd). You can change your ip as often as you want. Dunno how this stacks up with other programs though. hxxp://www.torproject.0rg/

Tor and Jap (hxxp://anon.inf.tu-dresden.de/) are both good free solutions to your problem but i won't recommend them if you need absolutely 100% security.
Tor is used by government agencies with high security needs all over the world, but if somebody owns alot of tor-servers they can get your ip trough advanced techniques. Jap is 100% secure but they had to install logs so if you getting in conflict with the law in germany or by international police (interpol etc.) youre in trouble. I think that would be the case with most commercial solutions too tough.
So i think 100% security can't be granted anywhere, but if youre using tor wisely its very hard to catch you.
Tor is Socks based by the way so you can run every piece of software on it.

For very high security needs i would recommend a proxy chain going into tor and maybe even out of tor, with that setup it would take months to track you down.

Your father is all about security and uses TOR? Are you insane?

If you need real privacy, use a VPS and connect to it through relakks or a paid proxy service. Otherwise you probably don't need to be as secure as you think you do.

he doesnt work in the industry, its a hobby of his. He doesnt use proxies.

I am new so might sound stupid... but what do yall think about hide-my-ip? i know you have to pay for it, I did and it works really good as in speed,,,,so i thought! Its odd that without it i was rarely getting flagged by CL now im always getting flagged using hide my ip. I know hide-my-ip has a limited number of ips they just keep using and other people use them. maybe thats why my ads are getting flagged. anyone know how many tor has? is tor quick or slow? does it work well with cl?

hmmm i tried the tor project and downloaded it and started it up but when i went to check my ip it was the same. i tried to read on the page for help but didnt really explain what it was and was very un user friendly and very confusing for someone who is a newbie and doesnt know much technical stuff..
anyone know of an ip thing that works and their site is "dumbed down" for people who don't know wtf they are doing? lol
