You may have the chisel to shape yourself, but the hammer that strikes it has always been in someone else’s hands, whether you were a child or an adult.
Exactly. Had to fight my ass off just to get some sleep, and sleep finally showed me mercy at 4 AM most day. The worst part is no matter how exhausted I am, my brain decides 6 AM is a perfectly reasonable time to wake up..Adulthood is the power to shape your own destiny, I would never want to go back to being a kid.
When you’re a kid, the seat only has to carry your weight. As an adult, it has to carry the weight of your entire family’s problems. £3 well spentand somehow 10pm became late. as a kid i was begging to stay up, now im begging myself to go to sleep lol
Why am I paying £3 extra for a seat at the cinema because I'm over 18? It's the same goddamn seat.
