Adult WordPress PHP help

I have a WordPress autopilot adult tube with the wpXtube plugin and the Black Tube theme.

I'm trying to figure out what is the PHP code to display the thumbnails that are stored in the wpt_cache.

Anyone worked with this theme before and have any experience?

However, I need it as PHP because I'm trying to insert it into an iframe. I'm using PerInstallCash's Adult Video Promo tool and I want the correct image to be displayed behind the 'Play' button.
