Adult Website

Hey guys, Im just getting into webdev & marketing, for a first project I want to make an adult website with free vids and pics with some adsense and cpa/ppc ads for now but I want to eventually add more if it kicks off (membership option maybe?) now the only thing I want to make sure of is how to go about it. Do I need any legal documentation or a user agreement? are there special hosts just for this? Where do I get videos I can put up for free without getting in trouble? Things like that. Im sure once I buy the domain name and host I can figure out how to create the site and everything else.

-you cant use adsense on adult
-any host will do,if you want to host the pics+vids you need a vps/nedi
-get content from affiliate programs,sign up and you have access to tons of promo material
-you would do fine with wordpress as a start

For the compliance statement, how would I go about getting it and having it pop up with the enter/leave options like the other adult sites?

No you just need a page that shows it. Take a look at all the big tube sites to see how theirs looks.

To start you could use a vps but I have a full dedicated server. You will need one for sure soon.
