Adult website with DCMA issue

Hi guys. I'm a newbie and I'm building an adult website for affiliate program. I use Wordpress and Hostgator host for my website.
Normally, I see another porn site have the video that they get from: Redtube,Xvideos,Pornhub, Xhamster.... but I'm planning to post picture, FULL video like this website: javplay[.]com which is not come from those famous porn site above. I mean they are uploading video to another host server and post on their website which is exactly I'm planning to do for my site. (Europe and Japanese video).
I'm wondering if I do that, will I be in trouble with DCMA issue ?

well maybe, btw you should contract a offshore hosting with no dcma complaint (check the marketplace), buy it with bitcoin and you shouldn't have too much troubles
 
If you don't have pretty good budget for dedicated server(s) to start with, especially to get ready for DMCA (offshore hosting) as well as some pretty decent dedicated servers that can handle streaming well you should step this project aside. Not to mention guys that will be embedding videos from YOUR hosting and eating up your bandwidth (with videos it can get pretty high pretty fast)... So make sure to consider these facts before proceeding further.
 
Thanks for your advice. I'm not gonna upload video to my host server. I will upload video on another free host server and just embedding it to my website so I think I won't affect to my host server. So what I should do is buying another hosting server with no DMCA complaint rather than Hostgator hosting right?
 
Yeah buying another hosting server with no DMCA complaint is best option. Hostagtor isnt a good choice..

You should not have any DMCA issue with emdeded content nor you need dedicated server for embed streaming.
However you may have copyright issue with pictures which will be directly hosted . You need offshore provider for that :)
 
Get an offshore host with a non-DMCA compliance policy. Also get a domain name secured.

If it is not hosted on your website, then you will be fine. Just look at all torrent trackers.

If you decide to host it anyway, then buy a second domain and embed from that one and say it isn't hosted on your main site. It will not be bullet proof, but better "security".
 
you should get DMCA ignored hosting because once your traffic grows you will surely start getting copyright complains even if the videos are hosted on 3rd party servers. we have few clients who have this copyright problem even after uploading the videos to 3rd party video hosting sites, i,e openload.co and jetload.tv
 
Really thanks you guy so much for information. I think I will build my site with localhost for now and will find new offshore hosting. Any advise for good offshore host with a non-DMCA compliance policy? I did some research and saw that Hostgator allow adult content but I don't know about their DMCA policy.
