depends how graphic they are if they are x rated they most likely get deleted fast if you are lucky they stay on a few days if its not so xxx they might stay for much longer i have seen many semi porn clips on YT that were uploaded a long time ago, the trick is not to give up and keep alter the sae video and re upload it

The best thing to do is grab some teen orgy porn, then cut out the first few minutes of the clip where everyone is clothed and just introducing themselves.
Use that footage on youtube and right before it gets dirty, cut it and place your link info.
Also try some fresh proxies if YT is hunting you down fast, maybe they are tracking you in some way.

3) use automated soft for mass upload video to youtube
4) customize your accs: avatar, fields, theme. upload some good video at it

Don't include any nudity. Not specifically to make the vids last longer but to give your viewers a reason to visit your site.
Just before the action, cut the vid and turn it into a cliffhanger.
