If you post frequently, even though you have a lot of followers and engagement, Twitter will split the traffic into all the frequent posts, thereby losing focus on a good tweet. According to my tests, the norm is 5 dashes 7 posts per profile.

I agree and if the script for like, retweet and post is done correctly and intelligently, the promotion of the profile becomes safe, naturally the main strong profiles are better to be managed manually, to which the traffic is drained

Subscribers certainly influence trust and credibility in a profile, but the key is interesting content and having your own network of profiles to boost a post, to give it momentum. If the tweet is interesting, Twitter will pick it up. Too many posts per profile per day is a big mistake. Make 5 to 10 high-quality posts per day and promote them through your network of profiles. Analyze what your audience likes best. This works in 2025 and 2026. Spam and similar things will not give you traffic and will get you banned.

This is not enough to start with five profiles and gradually increase them; you need profiles to boost posts.

Currently, X is saturated with adult content. You could try posting NSFW furry content, even AI-generated content, and I think you'd get more followers than with traditional content. I've seen many cases like this that have worked, which I can't believe, but I'm hesitant to do it myself.

engagement matter more than follower count, frequent posts, replying to others, and staying within niche trends usually drive more clicks. check those big accounts and see the comments section on their posts, just copy what they're doing there. goodluck!

Let me reiterate: to work on Twitter, you need to develop a network of profiles, some with links to drive traffic to your offer, and some to boost retweets of your posts. For example, create 10 posts on 10 profiles, some with links, some without, and promote them manually through your network, retweeting comments, quoting, and so on. All actions are as realistic as possible. Some posts are picked up by Twitter and promoted further, often receiving excellent reach. A post can generate traffic for over a week. Content quality is very important. Analyze what your audience likes, don't post everything in a row and don't spam, this will ruin your profiles and reduce trust!!!
