I have a a twitter profile, very sexy girl, the best i could do is 2 conversions in 100 clicks thats 2 dollars ,but i managed the acc really good and reply to dm and engage with the audience which i think you cant do considering you have 100+ acc.

Consult with your manager and ask him About some good offers, When i used to use crakrevenue, my manager in the account helped me a lot in choosing offers that convert the best. Tell him what will be the perfect for your strategy.

Then your content, or targeting is very off. If you have 150 accounts at your disposal you can do much better. Are you placing links in the bio or watermarking photos?
yea I'm targeting users who follow big adult accounts and I have link in bio with about 10 photos with one pinned tweet that redirects to link
