It seems like it'd be quite difficult o drive tier one traffic to a site, but are there any methods? I'm considering using ads, but I can't imagine them working well on many platforms

You could try creating your own tube sites. Ads, in the long run may burn a lot of $$$ and you can't expect ROI without potential visitors.

Ads are really not the best option as you begin your adult webmaster journey. I would recommend trying to grow a twitter account or using the porn reupload (with your watermark) method.

Growing a niche stat insta or snap also works, and you could post in dating sites/forums to plug main accounts
