If i was to buy a domain and redirect it to an affiliate link lets say (Webcams) and i spent the money to get adult traffic. Would that convert? or is it not worth it?

Sure it would if you know what you are doing, which doesn't seems to be the case.
This is a specialized skill on its own and don't believe anyone is going to share its knowledge with you.

Sure its convert, i still have passive income from chaturbate revshare from 2017 around 1000+ member registered. Its all free traffic.

If I'm right this is named "arbitrage" - you spend money on traffic with the hope that you will earn more than you spent.
Yes, if you know how to do it (or if you are lucky) than it works.
