I want to promote a CPA offer for adults and I'm looking for a porn web site where I can send spam messages to bring me about 200-300 clicks/day. Can anyone help me? Thank you

You could look into sending messages to users on some of the large adult tube sites.

You either have to do mediabuys on porn websites or look for porn forums to spam. Check out pornbb they allow advertising in signatures as long as its not excessive. Also try traffic junkie they stick to only porn traffic.
