Adult Themed Content Locker Tactic!! Question?

Okay so i had an idea to send traffic to an offer with the promise of desirable content.. very desirable.
The content will however be locked by the CPA companys content locker... This is making around $200/day from 1 traffic source on 1 network and can easily be scaled but my concern is that the content may be looked upon by the network as inappropriate as it is adult themed.
As im using the CPA companys content locker, can they track which webpages i am putting the code onto? I say this as i am currently faking the referrer so that it looks as though all of my traffic is comng from search terms completely unrelated to adult content..

when it comes to referrers where does it actually come from? for example say if somebody searched "free downloads" on google, were directed to a webpage and then clicked on a link to a page with content locker... what would the cpa company be able to see as the referrer?
