adult streaming sites noob

I'm thinking of launching one on a spare domain(it is .com, might not be a great idea), but haven't tried these shady biz before, I used to sell viagra online 10+ years ago and a bit of affiliate marketing around that time. I've seen a few guides, but here are a couple of questions

1/ I def will not upload/host the videos myself, but I'm not sure if there's a difference between linking to openload or embeding them when I get them from other sites from a legal point of view (I've see a few who prefer not to embed for whatever reason)
2/ is google cloud suitable hosting for this, are aws or digital ocean?
3/ is .com domain really an issue?
4/ would be able to use regular paypal for paying/recieving (if any ad) money?
4.1/ if yes, should I?

In general: It depends on the country you live in, if you get in trouble or not. So be aware!


1: Depends on the country you are in. If you are in the EU both of them are not allowed. Could be different in the US.

2: You should get offshore hosting, so no I would not recommend you to get any of these services. Here on the marketplace you will find some good offshore hosters.

3: .Com should be fine as long as you are using whois-protection HOWEVER I would still prefer .to because .to belongs to Tonga and Tonga is known for offshore domain hosting (but again .com should not be a issue from my understand).

4: Thats complicated. In general if you recieve money on a regular basis, you would need a paypal business account and this can be a problem. Maybe someone who has more experience with adult stuff can answer this one here.

i am also thinking to do the same but the website going to be mostly foreign non English amateur videos with no copyright uploaded on Openload .but also thinking to upload short videos (5-15minutes) from studios . and hosting with offshore servers and paying everything with bitcoin . but i am located in the US and will receive Ad payments to my bank account . my goal is not to hide money or avoid paying taxes i am trying to lower the risk of getting sued by studios like Bra zzers for example , what are the risk in my case?.

In your case copyright will be the issue, get a DMCA ignored hosting and stick to Bitcoin payment method.

You can upload videos, but it is safer to embed them from XVideos and other adult tube sites. There are millions of videos you can share on your site so you will always find something to populate your site with. I would recommend getting a theme from XWPThemes.com and building a WordPress tube site, it is the cheapest way to start an adult tube site. There are ad networks that send payments via PayPal so it will be ok.
