Hello, BHW
So I want to start a softcore website. I have twitter account with 11k so far, which is not much, but in time i will expand etc etc.. (For more detailed info about my postings and media on twitter, feel free to PM, ill show You
)
This post isint about sending traffic or monetisation.
So, what I am most concerned about is things that play in the long run. Since every post that I make on twitter isn't my own property, so I am concerned about stuff like legal issues etc etc.. For example, one source of my postings is Twistys, which has affiliate program persey, but other alternatives sources doesn't. Which makes me think, that I could post pictures from Twistys and put a link in my website to Twistys affiliate sign-up. But does it work that way? What about any other sources, which doesnt have affiliate programs. Can I put those images on my website?
I am thinking, since these kind of images aren't my own property, I could put a Disclaimer page on visit, on footer and other places on my website, which states something like this:
"All of media was found on the internet and considered to be a public domain. All of the media isn't my own property. All of modes in the images are considered to be 18+."
And in the disclaimer page I put the link to another page with all of the sources that I know my images are from, like - Twistys, Met-art, evas gardes, etc etc... - it would be like giving the credit to the original authors.
I have alot of content to post, but i dont want my site to be banned or something, so I am willing to do everything for it to stay alive... Is there any sources of info I could find which covers all these sort of things? I got these media from forums, blog-like websites, social media (Twitter, Tumblr, etc...)
About the monetisation. Well I intend to make money from cpa, affiliate offers, same old good stuff..
