According to Wikipedia (take that how you will...), adult content is illegal in India ("Publishing information which is obscene in electronic form") so I would advise against hosting your content on Indian servers, however, you could always see if any reputable Indian hosts (e.g., HostPalace or Host9x) have servers elsewhere that can cater for your content. Good luck with the search!

I'd be wary of this method as you typically get the likes of Hostinger referred to as "DMCA ignored" and they will absolutely knock you off their services upon the receipt of one complaint.
If you find a service, do your due diligence before handing over cash: ask around places like here (Marketplace/Web Hosting), check Reddit/Social Media platforms and find somebody that has been a customer to get their honest feedback.

Google definitely does not show you any DMCA providers, need to dig deeper for that.

You can choose any good location that allows it, do not risk your server being taken down, so do not host it in a country that goes hard at it, any good offshore location will do fine, make sure to get a server with good quality of hardware and network, then streaming will be fine from there to India too.
