Many networks pay on net 15 basis and they do custom if u make huge sales every day. So if u r such a 'proaffiliate' write the network managers and setup custom option.

clickcash.com pays weekly and pussycash.com pays every 15 days even if you joined 3 days before the end of the period, you still get paid right at the end of the period.
