Adult Product Website - Censor Inappropriate Words?

Ranking an adult product website - will my ranking be higher if I censor/avoid all the inappropriate words on my main site?

How about on my PBN sites?

ps non of the keywords I want to rank for NEED to have those inappropriate words...

I don't think that would be a huge issue. I've seen a lot of adult oriented/product sites (including those on the first pages) and they use those inappropriate words in their content. But if you are worried about it, you can always try using metaphor or use other appropriate words.
