Question asked one zillion times :) I know these topics are kinda boring, but trust me is hard to find a reliable one. Yes, i've done some research these ones are my picks . If you have good/bad experience with any of these, please feel free to comment.

been using offshore-servers dot com for 6 months now, no big problems so far

They got some compatible issues with Cloudflare.
