Adult niche with WP-Script, very poor customer service

I purchased WP-Script as their marketing team did well in marketing the products. However, after my purchase, their support was limited. I had to wait half of a month to get a response, yes, half of a month. Do not buy the this Wordpress plugins. The support is non existent.
I'm also looking forward a better script to move on, any recommendation please?

Use their official discord instead if you have questions regarding their system.

Only contact their support, if there is an issue that cant be solved with help from the Discord.

That is what I did. Other then that, send another ticket to them.

I got lucky and got a response within 3 days last time I wrote to them.

I cant remember having that issue with their support. Replies i got were pretty fast. But that was over 2 years ago, maybe stuff has changed now...
