Would it be better if i put the niche as first of the second word, for example

royal....com

There dots are the niche name

if hard to say really, sex is sex, SEO up to you and your SEO skills , you need to do SEO research.

my understanding is sex websites usually get promoted on other adult websites and get passed around.

so promoting a adult website will be posting it everywhere in adult niche.

The way I think best for safty.

Payoneer account
.in domain or .com but fake whois.
adult affiliate for adverts/banners
pay per click income like Google Adsense ...

The new law EU ways you need to accept a driving licence or 18 ids of every user.
(( not law yet but coming very soon, only warning you.))

use a image service for images and video just use a link on the website .

if your letting people upload images and video , make sure rules over 18 and nothing get published till verified.(( i dont think letting others upload is worth the trouble being honest .))

Agreed with above, also if you are using a keyword in the title it should make sense.
so if it is Butts then RoyalButts.com makes better sense than ButtsRoyal.com
