What is the most profited way of Monetize a webcam girl?

To make it short, i have a girlfriend who works as a webcam model she is ranked pretty high and allot of the times she have the most viewed room (1000-3500 users) in it.

My question is how to make some extra bucks from this? I know there are some programs that have PPL / PPS for some cam sites.
Another thing is a membership site to gain some extra money.

I want to push traffic to her while i make some money on the way. Any Adult Guru here who can advice me?

Many guys want to date cam girls. That's were the real money comes in. Some are willing to pay 4 digits. Others pay 3 digits for used underwear by post.

I have made many posts about monetizing adult genre content, but this one is a bit unique, so I'll take a shot at it.

I'm assuming you know her in person, which will make this a bit easier. Without knowing a lot more about the situation and getting personally involved, here are the first few things that come to mind:

1) Build her a website and make her a brand. Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram. Make it easy for people to follow her day to day activities.
2) Make sure she's always cheery and bubbly. Give her a little red card that she can use once a month, and make her show it on webcam. This will be her gimmick -- now, guys get to console her and play the 'boyfriend' role. She's so sad, why not buy her something from your amazon link?!
3) Get guys to buy her underwear, and have her put them on. Kick her in the ass and get her to the gym for an hour, then sell them.
3a) Alternatively, she can sell her time on Skype to use toys while wearing them, then the person gets the pair for free. $75-$100 per hour of private cam time.
4) Have her make private videos, and sell them. See what she's into and willing to do, then google related terms. See what those particular niches are looking for, and cater to them.
4a) Clips4Sale is a great place to spread her private videos.
5) Take said videos, and post watermarked clips of them on the usual suspects - xhamster, xvideo, youporn, pornhub, etc.

There's a lot more that can be done. In all seriousness, you just need to figure out what it is. Tell her when she's on cam, if someone donates over $xxx she should make a sign for their username.

Give her these tips, help her set things up, and ask for a percentage of commission. Act like an agent, this is the most profitable for both of you. If you'd like, PM me with a link to her profile, and i'll see if it's something I can advertise on any of my sites.

Some of the tips we are already doing, but i have a hard time getting her traffic, right now all the traffic is more or less from the site which is one of the biggest cam sites there is and she is really doing well there many of the times she is top1 most viewed room and she do look very good.

But how to find the traffic sources Twitter and such we are playing with but its taking allot of time.
Private skype shows is a very nice thing but how to gain the customers? I know you can post on forums and stuff but i just cant find the right ones for some reason.

We have a website where she sells memeberships for a cheap price. I might try convert it to a adult CMS for her but same problem here it will need lots of traffic.
Maybe put up a affiliates system. Is there some another way i can help her gain more regulars and maybe some private skypeshows on the side?

there are a lot of affiliates that promote in dating sites, that promote other dating sites... she'll actually be legit.

There are various ways you could go about making money off her. The best way to go about doing this would be to sign up for a Webcam affiliate program that has a studio program. You will get about 10-25% depending on who you go with of the total amount generated by any model who is under you.

Hard to monetize unless she is famous.

Create funny T & A content to attract a non porn audience to her website.
