Adult Mobile network?

Hi, i got an adult website which is right now monetized with CPA,

stats since february 02: ( Stats will be improved when i find a good network )
Impressions:7k
Clicks: 1,8k
Leads: 40

The traffic is mostly Tier 1 ( US,UK.. )

I know that 80% of the traffic is mobile traffic, so that's maybe why the stats are bad, CPA isn't that mobile-friendly.
Do any of you know a good network that i might use?

First time hear on them. Do you have any feedback about it.

Crakrevenue, Juicyads, Plugrush, Exoclick....Those are my mainstays. You could monetize this traffic with any of them.
