i dont know about synomys but i can suggest you a way so you can get all the required adult or non adult keywords...
step 1.
just go to alexa and take preminum subcription trial offer to see any website stats
step 2.
make a list of top porn websites and then look for all keywords they are currently using, you can download all keywords through premium membership.
i did it myself for few websites , hope it will help you too.
