Im curious, is it possible for me just to have a website with just an adult full-page CPC ad? Where would I find this?

The site itself wouldn't have content, just an ad, which I'd drive traffic to.


Or would I pretty much need content for the advertising company to even accept my site?

Or is there anything for redirect traffic? What is the pay like is I were to do a redirect service? Compared to other methods of adult monetization?
