Is it legal to be the owner of a 18+ discord server if you have stated that you will be actively banning CP/UA stuff and do not send any over the top content? Just engage with the community and send some only fans vids from time to time?

Discord has no problem with NSFW servers unless they're public servers (then you need to mark channels as NSFW) and abide by overall service terms.

It's not disallowed on discord especially in private communities.

if any UA/cp is sent, even if i didnt want it there and i specified it, will i get in trouble

Yes. Perfectly fine as long as it's legal in your country. Just moderate content for NCP/Revenge Porn etc.

Likely the server would get deleted if someone reported it to trust and safety team. It's your job to implement some verification systems to prevent underage kids from sending NSFW content

If you do not take it down and someone files a report for your discord server for CSAM/NCP content, discord moderators will delete your server.

porn on discord is fine so long as flagged 18+ server and it's not illegal content.

reposting onlyfans content is a grey area too that's not necessarily legal.
what do you think happens when the model/manager find your server?
i'm seeing growing amount of OF managers going after these people with more than just dmca's.
it's non-zero chance. some people are fine with the risk. it's up to you but you should at least be aware.
