Convertion rate depends on your traffic sources, traffic quality and these factors, and only then on an offer. With shit traffic even the best offer wont work for you good, and with very good traffic you don't need SOI and can go easily DOI or PPS.
But you can check Clickdealer - they have ton of adult offers, SOI offers also but for US and SOI nobody will offer such high payout I guess.. And if they will offers they will want much sales from it and usually from SOI not much sales goes threw after leads.

Many CPA network have offers with $3+ payouts for the US/CA. We have mote than 50+ of these but I'm sure if you take a look at MaxBounty, ClickDealer or Peerly you'll find similar offers.
