Got adult US mobile and desktop traffic. DOI offers don't convert well.

I have around 1k unique incentive Indian mobile traffic per day which I need to monetize as I'm currently trying to monetize it with OGAds which doesn't have any proper Indian offers. For India they only have PIN submits with a payout of $0.80. What a joke.

I don't know why I said I had adult traffic when I don't. It's not adult traffic, my bad. Adult SOI offers are pretty easy to find.

OK I see you edited your post. That payout is normal for India.
Competing networks pay $.90-1.40 for PIN, but they never convert (1% network cr).
Email/zip submits pay $0.06-$0.11.
India has low buying power just like all the other countries with very low payouts (Philippines, Brazil, Pakistan..etc)
Usually it is junk traffic nothing you can do with it....unless you're getting a very large volume, even then it's pennies compared to Tier-1 countries.
Focus on getting traffic from higher quality countries.
