Adult - CC Submit?

Hey, I've seen some offers, that have free trials, or free programs and pay per signup, but to signup you have to submit your CC-Details.... do you have experience, with such offers, and know if they convert?
Should I rather take a 30-75$ CC-Submit or a 2.50$ SOI offer, what would you think?
