Adult cams promotion question

For those of you that promote adult cams, do you have more success buying domain names and cobranding, or do you just use their promotional material (ie. Cams. Streamate, etc.) with your affiliate link?

I guess what I am asking is do you get better conversions, cobranding or do people not feel its legit and would rather sign up with a known name link that leads you straight to the (ie. Cams or Streamate, etc) sites?

I have only ever done cobranding (making about $24K) but the affiliate seems dead as I am no longer getting conversions and traffic is dwindling.

you can use private Model for better conversion, i was doing a years ago, its really work still now a days

there is no real difference , and how they would know if its big company or not ...
does they get certificate from google ?
