Is it possible to be both a member of webcams.com and chatsales.com? Isn't chatsales a reseller/affiliate of webcams.com?
There seems to be a significant payout difference with webcams being higher than chatsales so what is the advantage of ewhoring for chatsales instead of webcams.com?

The definition of best in this case is very vague. So much is niche dependent, so just telling you to use one over the other is stupid.
Not all sponsors have a revshare plan, some only have a CPA plan.
If you're looking for another option there's AdultAdWorld that supposedly pays $3 to $5 per CPM

I recently started promoting wbcams.com and made a few sales totalling 142$. I have read that they haven't paid people before so I'm waiting to see if I get my check. I had 50$ in it two weeks ago and 92$ last week but I still don't see anything about my payment in my stats/payments area. If I don't receive the check i'll e-mail them and see what's going on but I have a friend who gets paid weekly by them via e-passporte and they've always been on time for him.
Two other networks I started to promote are:

Personally I do not like GFY, they arent that friendly to new comers, I would say IQ69 and Netpond would be your best bet. Also ynot.com has alot of great info and good people on it and help alot.

I was just looking into WEGCash yesterday based on a recommendation from someone on Netpond. Can't use CECash since my US zipcode is on their banned list!

I wouldn't recommend dealing with webcams or chatsales at all, even when you make sales with them, if the customer cancels within two weeks of purchasing , webcams will revoke your sale! its a really shady program now. I just started back in June with a company called CHAT4MONEY Las vegas "chat4money . net " So far these guys are great. They pay 6 times a week via money tree/debit card or have weekly direct deposit/check options. They do not revoke sales at all and pay up to 50 PPS. It really is in my opinion the best affiliate program right now that accepts chat traffic.
