There are a lot of sites that use datinggold as a backend to their dating site. So if you can find a affiliate that works with datinggold you know they are good to market for.

They pay, if you send legit sales.. usually adult programs take a bit to pay, and if your sales result in chargebacks/refunds, they might ban you before the payout happens, and then you don't get your money.
Buying traffic should be fine, but ask them to make sure. It probably won't be easy to make a profit with such traffic though..
