aff is one of the few that is still worth promoting actually; as for pp and adult - many of the large aff programs have non-adult related products, so I am guessing this is how they get around this

Seems weird.. I know paypal have very strict policies with this.

From their policy page it says:

Under the G: "certain sexually oriented materials or services" .

Yeah, so Aff is accepted by paypal. LOL.. What will be next? ..

I think AFF must been payed Paypal a huge amount of cash to been accepted.. Something is wrong here..
