does the ''thedatingnetwork'' pay , i geting sign ups for them and i dont want them to convert and not get paid

Also, you may want to keep in mind that it's best (from my personal experience) that you go with only 1 or 2 affiliate networks, to maximize your profits. Think about it... If you only promote Hustler products, for example, then it looks like you put your faith in their product line.. It shows you have confidence in this brand. But, if you have JuggCash, Hustler, NaughtyRevenue (I forgot to mention above, NaughtyRevenue does pay quite well), AdultFriendFinder, LiveJasmin, ExoClick, etc, etc... You may confuse the crap out of your potential signups as to which is the best to sign with. Just spend some time and evaluate all that you can find.

for cams you should give chaturbate a try, they don't have the highest payouts, but my conversion rate with them is the highest i had with a cam sponsor
 
I suggest you go for lead based CPA networks. Not only they pay good amount per lead but also leads are easy to make then sales.

These networks have plenty of adult offers and they pay good. As a beginer it is advised to make some quick money from leads. when you know the game well and have sufficient data that gives a good insight into your niche......it is then one should go for lead+ sales or sales.

also there are many direct networks like dating gold , upforitnetworks etc which has ggood offers...........but again joining CPA networks first is advised.
