I suggest you create a page with your website advertising terms. you can use a script like oiopublisher to manage the ad spaces on your website.

I tried blacklabel, ero-advertising, adengage, juicyads... I have not been satisfied by any of them. Except adengage none of them paid me anything. However i have a website with monthly 15,000 pageviews dedicated to adult related content. The problem of adengage is different, he broadcasted gay advertisements on my website when i wanted only hetero. At least, with my independent publishers everything is clear. I know what i am advertising. Furthmore, they pay better and they always pay !

1. Juicyads Good popunder pay. Have sold some ads through them. Fast payout. Good.
2. Plugrush Can trade plugs. You get money and they send you traffic back. Good.
3. adultadworld Site sucks. Slow response for support. Traffic gets hijacked. Thinking of leaving them. BAD
