I just experienced this, but I was not given a clear reason for the problem, they told me to read the terms and conditions independently and then discovered my mistake in the terms and conditions, they have stolen my $220. I've contacted them many times but they don't seem to want to explain what they do, how annoying the ad provider is.

@AdsterraNetwork the fact that new users are posting their first BHW post on this thread means they got to it through Google rather than through the internal search.
This thread actually ranks on Google.

Is this the type of reputation you want to have?
So far, I've only seen one comment from you, and I personally don't think you represented your business in a very professional way.
Even if you have no intention of paying these publishers, you should at least respond.

Thanks for sharing your experience

If the amount is large, you can take legal action against them. I am sure they faced legal battle before, you should check results there and use it as reference.

Hello @Nxqueen !

We are sorry to hear about your experience with our ad network.

Please NOTE that our network pays publishers for delivering quality traffic to our advertisers. If we receive reports from advertisers indicating that your traffic is not legitimate, we review it. If it violates our terms and conditions, we are compelled to block your account.

It is important to understand that we do not block accounts without cause or withhold payments unjustly. We only take such actions when our terms and conditions are breached. Just to clarify that your money wasn't "stolen"; payments are solely made for providing quality traffic that complies with our terms and conditions.

As you mentioned in your message, "then I discovered my mistake," it appears you have identified the issue that led to the violation. You can submit an appeal form https://appeal.adsterra.com/publishers and explain your case in detail. Our team will thoroughly investigate, and if the issue has been resolved, your account may be reinstated.

Additionally, please note that we are unable to disclose the specifics of our internal review procedures, which is why we have not provided further details in this instance.

I would like to emphasize that it is not always possible to quickly see and respond to comments promptly. However, you can always contact our support team, who will respond to your inquiry swiftly and help you resolve any issues.

And yes, we do block publishers who do not follow our terms and conditions. However, if they believe your account was blocked without valid reason, they can always submit an appeal form with all the details stated in it. We will then thoroughly review that case, and if we detect that all the issues have been removed, then their account may be reinstated.

However, as I mentioned earlier in the comment, we work with thousands of publishers who successfully monetize their traffic and earn money with our ad network. Additionally, if you want to learn which traffic generates the highest CPM rates, you can check our blog, which has many case studies in it.

I had an experience that they blocked my advertising account with $4k on the balance. I did not get anything from them. So be careful

This is not a support thread, so if you are having issues with a company, please use their thread to contact them. Thread locked.
