Adsterra is not good - the cpm is so variable and they're clearly skimming off the top at points.
They also have a lot of ads with malware and just very sketchy stuff, which means you'll end up with lots of complaints from users. Overall wouldn't recommend them or at least experiment with other providers.

Yeah totally agreed with it, sometimes they give a very high cpm that I can’t imagine and sometimes they give me cents 0,001$ and it's the same traffic ,do you recommend any other options?
If you’re looking for an Adsterra alternative, it depends on your traffic and ad formats. Networks like PropellerAds or RevenueHits can work well for pop and push traffic. I’ve also tested AdMaven a few times nothing fancy, but CPMs were decent and payouts reliable. Usually best to try 2–3 options and see which works for your site.
