AdsPower and Facebook ads

Hi everyone!
So the situation is as follows, me and my mates are running pharma shop and we were looking for a ways to run the Facebook ads for our products. Obviouseely such content and sales of restricted substances are not allowed but we know that our competitors were able to run it and their post has survived for over a month. Need to add that I had no idea or had any experience with FB ads or any of the tools and managers they are running.
As a result I was given a task to make this happen for our shop as well. We have found one agency (not here) that was positioning themselves as an agency that is renting accounts and setting up everything for a smooth ads, after some negotiations we have purchased their service and begun our joke journey. Lets start with that that there was no support on how to set us the ads so I was checking the info and trying to get as much understanding through the yoootube as possible. Well, we have launched one campaign which was taken down with that ads account. Another one which was also taken down, then the BM was disabled and this continues to this day. After this, they suggested us to make a "safe site", a landing page that is following FB policies and after that we should use cloaking. Well the website was created, however all the following ads ACC are being disabled on the approval stage...they just keep making accounts that are taken down...I really looks that I am being sent to go in the circles by the gujs don't know what are they doing. I assume that they are just a account agency that is running regular ads.
as a result I begun further research on the topic. Here I have found an agency that is doing all sorts of WH,GH,BH ads so I begun to negotiate with them. We begun our cooperation and the gujs are great in helping and providing support. However, after being screwed for a month by the other agencies and the never ending learning process I still have doubts about them, there are coupe of things I would like to get answers on..
So we are working through the ADSPOWER. I have created campaign which was in the learning process, I have told this to the agency guy and after some time the campaign become active. However, when click ADS reporting I can see that there is 2 sections:


the one on the left is the one that is active (assume it was made by the agency)
On the right is my that is in the learning
(Both of them are identical)

It looks like we are reciveing clicks and the ad is being seen by the FB users but when I choose my compaign (on the right) and click Account Overview I can see that the Link Clicks is 0

So my question is, how does this work?
can agency affect these statistics and make it seams that we are receiving click but in the reality we are not?

Pretty long post, i don't know if i answer right to the point but: Yes, agencies can fake stats using tracking overlays or duplicate campaigns, always check ad ID, pixel data, and landing page analytics to verify real traffic.

What is your campaign budget?

Cloaking is still a dangerous technique and way to circumvent the law, because it is not official for FB, you should follow a more sustainable path, promote products in a more civilized way.

Sounds like the agency might be running ads from their own account while showing you a cloned or inactive setup under your name. If your campaign shows zero link clicks but theirs shows activity, there’s a good chance you’re not seeing the real performance tied to your assets. Some agencies play dirty - spoofing dashboards or using pixel injections to fake engagement. So yeah, always double-check with your own Facebook Pixel and tools like Voluum or Google Analytics. And definitely ask for read-only access to the actual ad account they’re running stuff from. Cross-check the traffic. If they’re not being transparent, you could be burning cash without seeing any real return.

Seems like the agency you hired is scamming you , pharma ads aren't that hard if the creative and link is cloaked properly , and using creative ways to structure your adcopy is essential . I recommend reaching out to someone on BHW who can assist you with this.
