Adskeeper.co.uk a scam?

Hi guys,
First post here. Just a little warning..
For a while now i have adskeeper.co.uk advertisements on my websites, they provide click-bait articles.
I have build up a little bit of money and wanted to cash it out.. But there are no options for pay outs!
There is no documentation or any possible way to contact them. I cant find anything about adskeeper.co.uk on google to.
