AdServer, best for own sites and affiliate, advice needed

Could somebody give recommendations which AdServers is best to handle multiple affiliate programs and also other programs in same software for multiple my sites.

I have been trying now today and yesterday Open x which is Revive but its support sucks that i cant even get any answers what is wrong, or what i did wrong.

If somebody can help me with this question it would help a lot. I would prefer for start Free software if possible. If anybody can set up these kind of softwares it would be also considered.
