The money for the domain and hosting is the investment that you need?

If I want to invest in a adsense site, why wouldn't I just buy one from the sellers here on the board?
You haven't provided any info as to what would make your sites a better investment than anybody elses.
I'm sure you understand that I'm not keen to invest in something that you have total control over, so what kind of safeguards do you plan to put in place to assure me that I won't get ripped off?

Hi guys,
- You will invest in promoting the websites I have/will create . Domain, hosting already paid for. I will do all the work researching , drip feeding SEO etc.
- When WE hit first page and sites start earning we will split profit 50/50 . You will get all the money you have invested plus another 400% on top or you can choose to get 50% of all profit for 1 year.
Some stats:
Thats a TOUGH Competition Keyword
Keyword gets 24.000 exact global searches, 12.000 exact US seacrhes
CPC is around 4.50 euro
Competition : 64.000.000 results in " keyword " , allintitle:" keyword" 3.000.000 results
This site is currently on 2nd page of Google US with 3 month of linkbuilding.
If you want in on that project I have estimated that an average of 100-200 a month till it hits first page, which should be in two months time.
You can rest assure no ripping off will be done on my part. I know its pretty hard to trust anybody over the internet, and usually its all about taking a chance.
About the buying a site from a seller that is already on page 1 earning good money, NO body will sale that cat.
Shoot me if you have any concerns.

Hi mate,
funny thing is that even on page 2, targeted traffic is still very limited. So far if the " clicker " is form the US CPC is just about $2. Real traffic comes when you hit page 1. I wouldnt be asking for a partner if there was sufficient traffic coming in...

Hi,
this way I am compromising mi site, idea and so on. There are numerous threads here that people do just to get the ideas..Example " I have $40.000 to invest " then you go on and tell that lad what exactly you have in mind. He walks away with your plan and you get the wood. I wont do that with my idea/site.
