This is not a clear question but my guess is that you are trying to verify your address but it's taking too long or you moved from the original country where the Google Ad sense account was created. There is a deliberate practice of Google to make it so that you get verified using their default verification method which is via a 6-digit PIN mailed to you.
The easiest way is to request the pins three times as required. After the third time, An ID of the account holder is required for a human verification. Then your account is unlocked for ads.

não é o dizer, que alguém tem alguma maneira de aprovar como contas mais rápido, enviar meu site para verificação e o atraso de duas semanas e foi e o adsense não aprovou

20 post with 500+ unique content. proper theme with clear navigation, mandatory pages( about us, contact us, privacy policy), don't use copy righted images( less important), do not add any other ads implemented while applying for Adsense., 3+ months old blog/site. you are clear!

2 months old blog,
14 post with 300-500 words on each page
3 pages (contact us, about us, privacy policy)
worpress with clean theme. ( used nulled theme though

Most probably if you have got some traffic to the blog (like 100 visits a day) , it will be approved.
