adsense yt

hello i have made some great money on yt from a short bonus but there is a catch.My adsense is verified with a guys id in germany,bcs in my country adsense is not supported.But since i have verified it the guy said he cannot give me adress pin code etc,bcs when the money goes into his bank,germany in this case thinks i have opened a bussines and so he should pay taxes.From then my money has been stuck,i can potentially send the money to another bank,but im scared if thats tax avoiding and the person will get fined or smth.

A personal adsense account is not a business account, so Germany cannot think its business.
