Adsense with copied content?

But i see some sites whose news and articles are completely copied and they are using adsense.
For example,take a look at this site and copy their titles on google,all articles are copied from other sites:

How much does it take that Adsense ban copy sites?And when it bans the account,is it possible to withdraw to earned money?
I found the owner of the site just now and asked him some questions to know if he has any tricks to cheat adsense or not.He told that he is newbie and he doesnt know that his account will be banned or not.But i have already seen some other sites which use copied content and have adsense ads on their sites.I wonder if there is any way or not.

Big sites basically copy content and change it around, especially news and political opinion sites.
So "copying" depends. If you just copy it and slap it in there, it'll get banned. But if you do like the big sites do and spin it, you may get away with it.

nobody can tell you how long you will survive.

Yes you will be banned from google adsense if you use copied content. But you can take a little paragraph as a source but you can't copy word to word article from other. If you want to post same stuff then you have spin and then use it. Then google adsense will not ban you.
