adsense website question

Hey blackhaters :
I'm not native english speaker and I don't speak english very well , So i'm wondering that yesterday i saw an amazon affiliate website with adsense ads ... so can I build and adsense website just copying from amazon and ebay the product details and pictures and pasting em into my blog or website ?!
Will adsense approve the site or the'll ban me?

For example:
Do a good product+review site, and use the ama products for the reviews. Also have some general and related articles (like a blog). For example, think of Christmas time, and the children interested in the seasonal toys/clothes/shoes, and create a "niche" product site. Make the content unique though, while not swaying a lot from the actual reviews seen for that product. Add some good, unique, related articles in the blog section of the site. Do some SEO, esp the on-page type. Add 15-20 products and put the url in the AMA application. That's the easiest site to make -- even by newbies on their own, and I made such a site some time back and got approved almost immediately. Do you have a good domain and hosting?

I'm sure they wont approve you, the person who is having the ads would have got the account approved from a different website and using the code in multiple sites now..
So, don't get confused.. If you wanna get approved, Just do what the above person suggested

Are these websites profitable?
