Adsense website making $700/month. Estimate value?

Hi,

I have two websites.

1. PR0 website with 15,000+ pageviews and 2000+ unique visitors PER DAY. The website made $768 last month on Adsense payout.
2. PR2 Bookmarking website with 5000+ pageviews and 300+ unique visitors PER DAY. Is making $15 a day on Adsense.

I buy atleast 50% traffic for these websites rest is returning visitors or directory links.
What is the actual worth of these two websites ?

If you stop buying traffic you will realize that first one is worth less than 5k and second one less than 3k. At least serious buyer will see this and ask you questions so better be honest in order to earn so money...

Only website1 relies on traffic for 20% revenue. Website 2 has 275k registered members with atleast 50% active members that post. Does registered members hold monetary value? Im not selling these websites though.
