Adsense 'Visit Site Bug'

For those that use the arrow ads, has anyone heard of or had any experience with this?

Once the arrow is clicked, 'Visit site' appears and they then have to click that as well. CTR has dropped a lot due to this.

No but thanks, I will avoid these ads since it has been a long time for me since I used Adsense and I am working on making $11 to get my earnings over $100 for payout.
