Hi fellas,
can i use same ID of an old closed google adsense account to verify a new one?

i really need to know and what else can i do

Nope, Google AdSense does not allow you to use the same identification (ID) from a closed account to verify a new one. Each AdSense account must be associated with a unique individual or business entity, and attempting to use the ID from a closed account to verify a new one violates Google's policies.

That can get you banned in the new one, and it won't work anyway.
