I'm having some huge traffic issues with Adsense. I've been hit by the recent Penguin 2.0, but it wasn't that bad for me.

So far, I'm seeing about 300-400+ (at the minimum) visits with Awstats. However, only 10% of it is being show as pageviews on Adsense and my earnings seriously tanked.

I understand that traffic can be shown differently depending on your counter but I think having Adsense shown only 10% of it is kind of ridiculous.

I haven't been using Adsense as my method of monetization for that long so this may be normal, but I would just like a few opinions.

    Anybody know anything about this?

Some counters (like bit.ly) count bots which can be 100x more than the actual human traffic. Adsense/Analytics show real humans visits only. So that could be the problem man.

    I didn't use bit.ly though, I used Awstats. Generally, they're pretty accurate...

Possibly I suppose, I guess that would make sense...

I don't really get it though, I never really had a problem with it until recently.
