AdSense + traffic. How to slip under the radar

So I've created a news blog (for the same niche as a films site I've got) and I want to use Ad Sen. Thing is that if I inject all that traffic I will surely get banned. How much can I earn per day at Ad Sens
without getting noticed? Any tips that you guys know about?

Don't add Adsense to a website with BOT traffic. Don't waste your time and money.
